When my tire suddenly went flat, I called Progressive insurance. Flo wasn't in. Within minutes I received a message from powerlift automotive! Luis kept me up to date on his arrival time, and actually came earlier than expected. Luis handled my 800 pound machine, with a flat tire that made rolling it VERY challenging like the pro he was. He safely got my bike loaded, and treated it as if it was his. He was professional, got my bike to the shop without a hitch. Luis made an extremely stressful situation bearable. Thank you!!
